Urban lines
Urban lines is an apartment building in Elefsina. The building consists of 8 apartments of two typologies. In the core of the building, lies a staircase organising the internal movement.
The apartments consist of two typologies, typology A of 90 sq.m. and typology B of 110 sq.m. placed in vertical stacks.
All airy apartments face both south and north. The main southern facade of the building is structured as a series of balconies where residents can enjoy the view to the nearby park.
The main view is organised as a series of horizontal lines disrupting the vertical repetition of the surrounding buildings.
The lines transform the facade into a dynamic object, optically reducing the height and emphasizing the parallel lines to the street.
