Having as a fact a ground floor space split into two sections, the main architectural task was to design a gynecological private clinic where women can have their medical examination as a futuristic experience.
A visit to this clinic can be enjoyable and painless while at the same time, it can be proved creative as if the woman was visiting a modern art space experiencing a sequence of different spacial qualities.
The specialty of gynecology has constituted a primary challenge for the design and therefore the final outcome of the floorplan was based on the gynecological reproduction system; vagina–cervix–womb, taking into account the patient’s experiential dimension of this concept. The dipoles of the public with the private as well as the exposed with the hidden and the bright with the dark evolve throughout a consecutive route.
